Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about our Quality/Precision
Can you describe your editors' expertise/backdrops?
Our editors are absolutely the most effective in the industry. They have got years of expertise as language teachers and professors, newspaper and magazine copy editors, and other relevant professions. More information is available on our leadership page.
How many editors will review my document?
Two editors will review your document. This is extremely rare among editing and proofreading companies. Three times, although our three-editor model means that when you send us your document, it will be reviewed not once. If that doesn't give you peace of mind, our client reviews or free samples should.
Who are your clients?
We proofread and edit for governments, publishers and individual authors. When the details matter, people come to us.
Are your services automated?
No, our services are the result of years of professional training as proofreaders and editors. Unlike other companies, we never use any editing software.
